Innovate Biomass was built by manufacturers, not marketers.

Our parent company, Total Pelleting Solutions LLC, has been manufacturing pellets since 2021. For years, our focus was behind the scenes—producing private-label pellets for large national brands that demanded consistency, reliability, and strict quality control. We learned early that great pellets aren’t created by gimmicks or shortcuts, but by understanding the material, controlling the process, and holding every batch to the same standard.

In 2025, we decided it was time to bring that expertise directly to the backyard.

Innovate Biomass was launched to deliver premium grilling pellets made with the same industrial precision used by the brands we’ve supplied for years. From raw material selection to moisture control, pellet density, and sizing, every detail is engineered for clean burns, steady heat, and predictable smoke flavor.
